When deciding on what you look for or want in a live partner, what are are at least 5 important things you hope to find in your significant other? And what are 5 things you could offer them? I would like to hear from both men and woman what expectation they have and what they would/are offering their partner

Things I look for or want;
1. Someone willing to be emotionally and physically available.
2. Someone who has the flexibility in there live to be spontaneous and able to travel.
3. Fianical secure and self sustained... no crazy debt or unemployed women without any source of their own income.
4. Some whose willing commit to a process with the intent of being toward a future together or at least to a relationship, with rushing. I like monogamous relationships.
5. They have their own living situation... no body living with their parents or with 5 other people.
What do I offer;
1. Finical security

Nothing. I don't want her to bring anything new to the table, I want to relate to her, not gain benefits from her.
I want basically a 99% copy of my brain in a female body (for lack of a better way to phrase it).
Same interests, same hobbies, same sense of humor, is an atheist, is scientific, loves challenge, plays the hardest games, loves scifi, fantasy, cartoons/anime, and loves drawing.
Doesn't want kids. Doesn't drink, doesn't smoke or do other drugs, etc.
I want a gaming buddy for that really hard shit, intellectual conversation, giggle fits, affection, comfort, and to do the stuff i enjoy and have someone else say "mee too, can i join?" instead of feeling more isolated.
- I'm well educated, have a good job and earn very good money compared to most men my age
- I'm honest and hard working but like to have fun
- I want a family with the right woman (haven't met her yet)
- I have a really cool dog. I only bring this up because it seems he is a magnet for women
- Apparently I'm reasonably attractive based on the feedback I have always received

I would bring Biblical knowledge, Biblical values, Love of God, Honesty, Fear of God.
