What to do you do when you stopped talking to women all together because you got tired of the dating scene?

I have just been reading manga, playing video games, anime, going out with my friends, and saving money. So, is this not the way to have fun?

There is nothing wrong with not dating if you don't want to or don't feel enthusiastic about it. Take a break and when you're ready, jump back into it.

I'm working out luke 3 days a week, and trying to eat less sugar.

Sounds like you’re working on yourself then. Be open to talking with women if they cross your path, but no need to seek them out if you need some time to build confidence.

I can try but I hardly leave the house and just sleep or do something else

Maybe a gym is expensive, but can you exercise in a park? You could do HIIT or other calisthenics outdoors. With a thermal layer I’ve done this in the winter down to 25 degrees or so. It good to get outdoors.
