Girls, how do you deal with this?

Where my ladies at? I'm in serious need of girl talk.

I have never had a relationship with a guy, and I feel that I am ready to have one. However, I always end up in the talking stage with nothing happening after or it's a will they won't they situation and it results in "they won't'". It has become a bit exhausting. I was wondering how you girls manage with these kinds of situations? You just let it be or something?

Also, I have a crush on this guy and we're flirty with each other, he always picks on me (every time he sees me, he has to tease me about something or longingly touch my arm, even when I'm not in the conversation but nearby. I know that he is the not the type to make the first) move, but I am not one either haha. And my friend dislikes him and can't believe that I'm hanging out with him, but he literally has done nothing wrong to me or to her (she just thinks that he's full of himself at times, but I like that part of him, especially when I pass a comment to challenge him). Anyways, I would love to hear your thoughts!

Hey, unfortunately running into a dead-end whilst in the talking stage is pretty common. The only way to get out of the talking stage is to ask him out, more 'doing' and less talking! In terms of how I manage these situations, I usually just let it be (previous conversations with guys have just fizzled out, and I have 0 regrets. They just weren't man enough to do anything). I'd prefer if a guy took the initiative to ask me out (some people may have differing opinions on this), as it proves that he genuinely likes me to the point where he'd want to go out with me :). There are tons of guys out there, and there is likely one that would just straight up ask you out - maybe open your options up? Anyways, I hope everything goes well for you.
