Is it normal for a guy to not text/talk everyday?

Long Story Short: I met a guy and we've had lunch/dinner a couple times and made it known to each other that we like each other. However, I feel like this guy doesn't talk/text me as much as I would think someone would if they liked someone?

I could be overthinking it but I am a little anxious. I've made it known that I'm not wanting too waste his time and vice versa and his intention is to look for a relationship so thats been made clear.

Is this normal? Am I just anxious and overthinking it?
