So my boyfriends dad use to send me messages on fb (before we started dating) my boyfriend and I had a fling for like a month when we first met then went our separate ways but we stayed friends on social media. We had not spoken in almost 4 years when I started getting flirty messages on fb from his dad, now I didn’t know that was his dad at first, once I connected the dots (saw they were friends on fb and pics on the dads profile with my now boyfriend etc) I unfriended him and didn’t answer even when he kept sending them to me. Another 3 years pass, fast forward to now, we reconnected and we are currently dating super fresh, about 3 months and I just met his parents. Immediately recognized his dad but didn’t say anything he was nice I don't know if he remembers or just pretended not to. But I don’t know if I should bring it up cuz it kinda makes me feel like I’m keeping something big from him.

I would keep this with you. Bringing it up can cause more harm on his family side than good. I would only tell him if his father starts messaging you again. Until then the water is calm so its best to keep it that way

Yeah honestly maybe have a conversation with the dad and be like hey no creepy shit I'm with your son but be happy I'm not saying anything. there's no going back once you tell your boyfriend. He's just going to see you and his father differently.
