You know when I read things like this it’s just power to the core on why I have no interest in like 98% of modern women these days.

I get that I’m suppossed to entertain them, flirt with them, buy them shit, and be this super muscular, physically attractive guy to them, but I just feel absolutely no inclination to do anything at all for them whatsoever.

Everything I do, I do for myself. I’m not trying to gain their approval. Because I simply just don’t care for their mere existence in the first place.

Like I’m just morbidly disgusted when I hear women say they care more about money than they do their own parents that brought them into this world and tried their best to provide a great life for them.

@PinkRose24 I don't think that's necessarily true I'm moderately broke and personally a woman's wealth or lack of it has never been something I'm attracted to or unattracted. It's just kind of a whatever sort of thing.

But I do think that the pursuit or obsession of money can definitely warp people into being unpleasant to be around or interact with. But that goes for men and women.

Honestly it depends what there doing for money. I don’t see it as a problem as long as they are making an honest living, As Long as they aren’t being workaholics.(this goes for men too). I myself am a workaholic and I kinda hate it but I do it because both my jobs literally need me because they can’t get anyone else. I feel that working over 60+ hours is starting to take a toll on my productivity during my free tim. I also feel like im not taking care of my other responsibilities. If I can give any advice to anyone reading this you need to have at least 1 day off a week!!!

The strong independent woman type of women are often unpleasant to be around or interact with not because of money but because those people are just genuinely unpleasant to be around regardless of money or status.

And the strong independent woman type can be any women from the lowest cashier to highest CEO it's not really about money but more personality.

It should also be noted that there are two kinds of strong independent women.

1# The kind the always feel the need to share that fact everywhere they go all the time with everyone and try so hard to show everyone that they are strong and independent despite often times being neither of those things.

2# Then there is the kind that just is strong and independent they don't have to say or do a single thing because you can just tell that they are. Because their actions and lifestyle in general tell you everything you need to know.

I'll give you a real life example

A woman I knew who always said that she was strong and independent and often tried to show people that she was but truthfully she wasn't and it showed she often needed help and complained among other things.

And then there was an old woman who went to a senior center I worked at she came into the building to celebrate her 100th birthday after coming through a horrible cold and windy blizzard that not even I in my early 20s would have wanted to deal with. She didn't complain or wine or anything she just waddled inside like it was nothing with a smile on her face. That woman was strong in mind and spirit and you could tell. Without her having to say anything.

There's a big difference between saying your strong and independent and just being strong and independent. And of course strength and independence can come in a variety of forms to and not always in the way we would normally think.

I promise you not all women are like that! A lot of it is with how people are raised which brings them to act self centered and selfish in ways with their attitudes.. I think it’s disgusting myself. Makes me feel good I have a small social circle with people who aren’t like that either. My parents raised me to help one another out and be considerate. I mean of course ideally people need a job, a decent job to survive with how expensive the cost of living is but it’s truthfully sad if that’s how people are thinking.. people can think they have it all financially too then fall down. I know because I’ve seen and heard stories of it happening and they didn’t choose to appreciate those around them and the love and care.

@WhiteBoyChill well my dad sometimes thinks or used to mostly think I need or need to be like a lawyer or doctor in order to find a husband and raise a family but now he sees a bigger picture since I have a steady job in sales and it’s all good, I’ve been there almost 2 years and honestly with how expensive things are I think a job is a job, I’m not being picky or complaining by any means I get decent hours and days so it helps, eventually I will find a remote job on the side but he’s still proud of where I’ve gotten and as long as I help out which is no issue since he guided me to finish high school and surround myself with people of good influences which I always will but he’s a protective Hispanic father so I guess you can kind of sense that. My half sister is in her 40s and she’s worked retail since she was 20 or 22 and she’s 43, life had it’s ups and downs but she made it through her divorce and raised her 3 children, has a house and a decent car and new boyfriend but I mean she isn’t complaining and didn’t need a fancy job or all this money to show for, I like how she is there for her family and she’s dedicated to her job and working hard not for money but because she loves her kids, that’s how I’ll feel when I become a mom someday :) I don’t care how expensive it is or how tough it may be, I’m family oriented and passionate toward what I do and always will be but I have empathy and appreciation for my loved ones.

I don’t want to have to rely on someone else for money, what if we split up? What if something goes wrong at their job? I’d also feel horrendous using someone else’s money.


I enjoy working, I enjoy having goals and I enjoy making money and hope I can develop my career in the future. I also enjoy having a boyfriend, enjoy being feminine, and other things. I like to know that I am confident and capable on my own and don’t need someone else to survive, but I like being in a relationship and to me it’s a bonus! I’m also very happy to have such a supportive partner who always encourages me to do my best and follow whichever path I choose, and believes in me no matter what.
