Well, that is me honestly. The reason I break down easily is because of trauma of the past. It’s not that I am crying over what happened in the moment but I am crying over the summation of everything else that has gone wrong with me before. It might look like I easily break down but that is not true at all. I break down easily because of past trauma I have chosen not to confront yet so it all piled up on me. Now, I break down easily.
