How do I start putting in more effort with women?

I always got this problem with women. They want effort, and even if you don’t love bomb them, if you show a moderate amount of effort, it’s “creepy.” but I’m trying to get out of this prideful mindset because I cut potential girlfriends off immediately at the first sign of not being interested. You take an entire day to reply? Your number is deleted. I always initiate everything? I’m out. I try showing an amount of effort that isn’t desperate bit shows willingness to take that extra step. If we’re in the talking stage, maybe I’ll drop you off lunch at your job. I’ll text you and check in on you throughout the day. I’m just not gonna be up your ass texting you 24/7. I’m not clingy. But it’s not appreciated. So then, I’m told I’m cold with women because for a while now, I don’t chase whatsoever, at all. I can’t seem to find the happy medium.

Since you are all buff now, buy yourself some more professional casual or long-sleeve dress collar and slacks. Spend 500.000 on nice shoes and matching belt. WOMEN notice the Shoes, Belt, and watch thing. Shoes/Belt is huge. I spent 1800.00 on my shoes and belt a long time ago. These shoes and belt are 10 years old...

I always initiate everything too. They ok talking. But why have to initiate everything while they initiating conversation with 10 other dude.
