Some people say that the theory of Alphas and betas is bs and I agree to a point. No one is completely Alpha or completely beta, I've noticed this myself, it's not black and white.
I'm a shy and quiet guy however I have my dominant moments and I'm far away from being a wimp. However the reality is that we all have a personality that is naturally more dominant or more submissive also known as being more Alpha or more beta.
So the people who believe in the Alpha and beta theory are wrong because they take it to the extreme, to the black or white mindset but it doesn't mean they are completely wrong.

I asked my boyfriend out but both of us a pretty evenly split, we both have moments where we take charge and let the other take charge but we also decide a lot of things together.
