she's actually there for school but normally lives closer to my area. i had encountered her at a bar downtown about a month ago , we talked and such , i even bought her a drink at the bar we did a shot of tequilla. she even asked if i was coming back next week but i said i lived in another city.
but going to be back there this Friday , i did add her on instagram but we haven't had any interactions since that night.
the bar posts photo's to facebook i noticed one of her from last Friday so she goes there a lot , is a chance i'd run into her again , so i don't know if i should try and message her or not. torn between leaving it to chance that i see her again or trying to reach out and get her to come out

feel that i should just leave it to chance and talk to her if i see her there , but sort of a gambler so not entirely decided , just don't want to freak her out as girls seem more worried about v day than guys are so not sure what her reaction might be

I woukd make contact with her if there is a pre-existing relationship. It will be interesting to see if she will mix turfs.
we didn't really know each other when she lived in our home area , but do have some friends in common through the bar scene. i had seen her on instagram and always wanted to meet her so when i got my chance i asked her if she wanted to do a shot with me at the bar and she said yes
Ahhh man, whatever opinion she had about you blew up with the Risk and Man-Up move.
Learn 3 corny animals jokes and tell them in slow/quiet moments.-This will make her laugh. Than on/after the third Martini, "let's make our joke" NOW, you need to have a fourth joke for a basic framework and vibe together on it... to make it you TWO own. Don't tell her where the underpinnings of 4th joke came from.
It will be her best Valentine's Day ever. "Ahhh, he makes me laugh" to all the girls.
Then one day after not seeing her for 10 days send her, I miss you but have a new joke I heard and had to share... tell her that joke via voice recording through text. She's got your voice to hold onto...

i know the original encounter happened very quickly , when i walked into that bar it was very crazy , i noticed her rate away but i bought drinks for these 2 other girls first that she also knows and talked to them at bar , then later our encounter happened , she seemed really comfortable with me and talkitive , i told her i wanted to see her again. i wouldn't worry about sending her a message if i was just going to local bar , just fact this city is 4 hrs away and i don't know what she'd be doing
feel more confident she's going to show up at the bar , just noticed online its one of her girlfriend's birthdays this week , she was also at the bar night i was there and obsessed with it. so seems pretty likely she'll be going there if its her bday this week. so if her girlfriend goes cause its her bday seems more likely she will also be there , so perhaps leaving it to chance is the better option but she seems bored based on her online posts so not sure what to do
