So, this guy i matched with on Bumble recently moved to the city i’m in. We hit it off and he asks for my number. Don’t hear from him for a few weeks, till valentine’s day when he wishes me. he even jokingly asks if i’ve forgotten about him.
We banter for a bit, then he lets me know that he’s keen on having a belated valentine’s date. However, we’re busy and i won’t be around till end of the month as i’m out of state. We agree to meet then.
We continue talking, but cut to this morning i’m replying his message from the night before (we’re talking about beaches). He replies “Aww that's great to hear you enjoyed that :) anyway, hit me up whenever and take care til then!”.
So i’m confused as he has politely cuts me off. He seems like a nice guy from our conversations but i don’t know what he’s thinking. Does he want to actually meet or is he just asking just for the sake of it?
