My boyfriend never comes to visit me, and I always have to go to him. What should I do?

When him and I first started talking it took him a long time for us to see each other in person. Its almost like he comes to my house when he wants something whether its cooking or sex. He came to my house a few times after we first seen each other in person then after a while he finally started invitng me to his. I forgot something at his house and he told me that i could come get it when he gets off work or i could come get while he's at his other job. (Im really using it as an excuse to come see him.) He changes it and says he will bring it to me. He gets off work and tells me he has a meeting and i have to go get it later. I tell him to forget about it and i wait until his other job.. An hour later he calls and tells me that he left work in such a good mood he accidently left it in his work car and will have to bring it to me tomorrow morning.
