Girl 1: she is racist but is nice. What happened was we got into politics and black people and Mexicans got brought up. She said a lot of bad things. Said the literal n word and said Mexicans almost kidnapped her to rape her but that was a lie. I could tell. Other than that, she is very nice! She says this in private and has a black friend. She has a dream to become an FBI agent. Is working through it and is almost a police officer.
Girl 2: she is easily triggered. She has a very short fuse that is easily broken. She will blow up. She is also very nice but her temper worries me. She is a ticking bomb đź’Ł ready to explode. She works at the zoo.
These are literally my only options!!! I don’t want to be single anymore.

She has a black friend who is also female. She isn’t a closet racist. She says she has no problem with black people but more of as a whole. Her friend is also conservative like herself.
She probably has a self hating black friend or the black friend doesn't know whats being said since you said your crush says the racist shit in private. Neither. Women are a dime a dozen, so don't think that better women won't come along. In fact, there are actually more women in the U. S.. I think when you go into dating with the mindset of, "this is the best I'll get", you overlook clear red flags, and end up in relationships that aren't fullfilling anyway down the road. I think men tend to do this more than women because overall women do have more men chasing them then men have women chasing them on average. But, the key is to stand out from the majority of men, which does take time, but it's well worth it. Being able to choose a woman, verses settling for the women you can get, is a game changer. There is a reason women are notorious for not being most attracted to guys that are infatuated with them. Its because Confidence above all, stems from knowing you don't need a woman, because they will always be there. That's the mindset that attracts women, and it begins with you focusing on your goals in life, rather than women. No woman will ever make you as happy as a fullfilling purpose, ironically, and they won't be as attracted to you if you don't have one.
girl 1 is real with her emotions, that's better, if you can learn to manage the communications and protect her feelings, who cares. Trouble is in her job, she's going to be dealing with such people unless you both move to an area that doesn't have the races that trigger her... and you'd better, since she is not suited emotionally to handle them at this point.
girl 2 is hiding her emotions and may in time be ok, but like a messy project, you won't know until you get into it to know what you are dealing with. That could go on for decades. She's a mystery project.

The fact that you explained several horribly racist comments the first girl made and you still said “but she’s nice!” Afterwards is laughable. She’s not nice dude lol. And those who date and associate with racists are just as guilty as a racist themself. “But she has a black friend” is a racists number one excuse. The fact that she’s becoming a police officer is scary.

Neither. As a mixed race person who is a blend of black, white, Asian, and native American, and more, I just am not chill with someone who's going to be racist.
As for the easily triggered girl, I had a friend like that. Was walking on eggshells everytime I was wither. It's no way to live. You deserve better than both of them.
You can do better than either, you've just limited yourself to these two choices, but I'd definitely go for racist over violent. I know a white guy who was a hardcore racist in his lower 20s that wound up marrying a black woman later on; to make a bad pun it was like a day and night difference.
