Women can’t/struggle to downgrade.
So if a guy everyday keeps his physique looking really fit, works really hard, gets status and earns a ton of money to the point he can afford all the luxuries.
He’s going to keep the girl. As how can she get better when 99%+ of men are not like this.
Women look for the ‘best’ mate
"Women can’t/struggle to downgrade." - Are you kidding? Women downgrade all the time when they want a man they can control, but reject the men who they can see are smarter than them or have more moral intelligence than she does.
Women - but especially American women, I can't speak for many other women around the world - will 'require' a man to have all those things you talked about it if she wants some guy to settle down with and be her husband. But she has no care about any of that in other men she just wants to sleep with or just wants to control them.
It is not accurate or fair to generalize all women as only looking for the "best" mate. People have different preferences and priorities when it comes to choosing a partner, and it is important to respect and accept individual differences. Additionally, basing a relationship purely on external factors such as physique, status, and wealth is not a sustainable or healthy way to maintain a relationship. While these factors may be attractive initially, a relationship built solely on them is unlikely to last. Ultimately, the key to keeping a relationship strong is through mutual effort, respect, and commitment to one another.
m There are literally billions of guys in the world, everyone is replaceable. But that doesn’t have to mean that everyone will get replaced. If you are looking for something long term then yes, being the best version of yourself you can be, and finding someone who likes you for that is the most likely method of success.

Always in favour of self-improvement. Go for it mate!
But no. I disagree. This is going to sound corny and cliche but the actual way to keep her? Talk. Go on a date every few weeks even if you're married. Put in visible effort to impress her sometimes. Don't be afraid of problems but focus on how to get past them. And after all that? Sex is actually kind of important. So bonk each other's brains out every once in a while.
Yes looks are important. Keeping yourself fit and toned ensures physical attraction remains.
