Girl if he’s 30 and has no aspirations to get his own place he probably would be a burden to live with anyway! Sounds like he’s a mommas boy who is used to being taken care of. My advice would be to find someone who is mature enough to share a home with you first!
I think the lack of ambition speaks volumes on his part. I guess it also depends on how long you've been together, and how stable the relationship feels. I personally wouldn't move from comfort unless I knew it wasn't a safe choice.
some guys just don't want that level of commitment and to live with someone , you really have to be comfortable with them and know that you get along with them
