Why are there men out there that ask women for dating advice?

That has to be one of the dumbest things you could do. Women have no clue how to attract women as a man. The way men attract women is very different than the way women would attract other women. Men have to learn and develop skill to be successful with women. You dont ask fish how to catch fish, you ask the fishermen because the fishermen with practice has developed the skills to catch fish. You best be asking men that have learned how to attract women from practice and experiences for advice

These guys are either at the end of thier rope or they simply don't know any better. Don't get me wrong some of these women may be we intended and actually want to help the guy. But they couldn't put away being a woman for 10 seconds even if they really wanted to. By thier very nature they would advise him detrimentally. I always tell guys that you can take a woman's advice for the little things, cologne, apparel, grooming, maybe even a few things to say (very few). But the big picture HAS TO be left up to the guy. Women think one thing and do another FAR TOO MUCH for a guy to be successful taking a woman's advice.

That is so true.

The best advice I ever got was from my uncle, who told me when it comes to understanding women, never take what women say at face value. Instead, observe female behavior and learn from it.

I have always thought about that and what I've consistently seen is that what women say they want and what their behavior shows they want are very different things.

And how could a male being raised by a single female, ever know any better? Which is the case for many out there.
