I often say that I fail at the very first step of dating, which is to find someone who likes you. But actually, it's the first half that I can't even pull off, namely to find someone.

Online dating is not an option, I'm not good looking enough for that. I hate texting, anyway.

You obviously can't talk to strangers in public and expect to get anywhere.

If you even have female coworkers your age, they're off limits.

Where I live, people don't talk to strangers in bars, they go in groups and stay within their groups.

Meetup groups are pretty much exclusively filled with middle aged divorcees.

My friends don't have any female friends.

It really does seem that after high school and college, you're out of luck if you weren't in already.

I used to be like u. Yes good looking girls are not easy to come by. Everyone is taken. Your male friends have no hot sisters. That got girl u spoke to once is not single and her boyfriend keeps her away. All your mother's friends are old and there hot daughters dont come with them when they visit your mom. I think This due to competition. You need to pursue and activly go to places to find girls. Like volunteer. Or join a course, go to group trips

Good-looking girls are on the contrary all too easy to come by. The problem is, I hate good-looking girls. They're all horrible people who think they're better than everyone else because of their looks. I've always been rude and dismissive towards them. I'm only interested in average-looking girls, the ones who don't dress like clowns.

Ok, I got it. Pursue and go to places. What places? Volunteer? If I volunteer, I'd be expected to to stick to volunteering, not hitting on women. Also, I'm a psychopathic, selfish asshole. Volunteering is out of character for me. Courses and group trips, like I said, are all filled with people way beyond my age group.
