Ok, was dating this guy.. He flakes a lot , he got me in the confused zone. So, I told him that I would like to develop a relationship with him and if that’s not what he wants then no hard feelings. He said he likes me a lot and he wants to go out but, no way is he ready for a relationship. He does want to have sex. I thought about it for a week and texted him that I changed my mind and that I want to have a friends with benefits relationship. He gave me a bunch of smiling faces in a text and said he would call me later this evening. If he doesn’t call this evening and calls tomorrow instead then should I just be done with him?

Looks like your just looking for an excuse to end it if that will make you be done. If you want a relationship and he doesn't and you back tracked to keep him happy your doing yourself a disservice.

Yeah just leave you can do better plenty of guys out here looking for a relationship and because you agreed to just being friends with benefits with this guy he is gonna think it's okay to just not call or whatever because your not in a relationship and that's what your looking for so best just leave and find what your actually looking for a partner
