What would you do if your partner doesn’t have much interests of hobbies?

Like if they don’t get involved with any activity other than work e. g painting, learning a language, 5k events and volunteering

That is one thing that is important to me, that a woman who I might date has hobbies and interests. I did date a lady in college who was like that. She said she had outside interests from her workload at school, but I never saw he engage in those interests.
