Girlfriend says she don’t trust me out of no where , brings up talking about how she should date some girl starts packing her things ………?

Won’t talk to me, but then asks to sleep in my bed for an hour before leaving. Is she just testing me? I asked her to massage my hand this morning after picking her up from her sisters house (girlfriend lives with me ) she did a crappy job so I told her it doesn’t feel good ( my hand is disabled and she knows what feels good and doesn’t ) after alll this , she wants to break up , can’t tell if she’s testing me , or serious. It’s kind of messed up. She’s laying in my bed as I type now but handed me my ring back. Opinions? Thoughts? Is she just being controlling?

She won’t even speak to me. She just keeps saying I don’t owe you an explanation, and won’t talk. She just keeps saying I don’t trust you. Most time we always together. Last night we didn’t hang out she was at her sisters. Picked her up this morning. After I asked for n a massage as this comes out of nowhere. I can’t tell if she’s testing me or not seeing if I pack her things or what. Not doing anything especially driving her somewhere after if she truly is gonna leave. She’s still sleeping in my bed

She’s always on her phone. But I don’t think she’s cheating? But who knows now cuz why say I love you last , night then all this? After I said the massage sucks. Wasn’t Even trying but she had no problem playing game on her phone
