Try to set your insecurities aside and just fundamentally ask if you trust your partner. If you trust him, go ahead and believe that he finds you attractive despite how you feel about yourself and don't jeopardize your relationship by being insecure. Meanwhile, you might want to think about what makes women attractive to men. Beauty does count for men, but a lot of men want a woman who understands them, and chances are he finds you more attractive than you find yourself. Perhaps you could reinvent the way you see your value.
I mean there's always prettier girls around right? What matters is how compatible you are. If I commit to a girl for a relationship it doesn't matter if a 9 in looks hits on me, I wouldn't do it because I'd love my own girl way more and I am super loyal.
