What makes good men get 'grass is greener" syndrome after being in a loving relationship?

Hey,

What makes at first good, loving, devoted, honest and committed men after being in a long term, loving relationship without major problems to get "grass Is greener" syndrome, pointing out on problems and start comparing their partner to others/trying to find someone better?

I'm a woman, and I always end up being treated like an option, whenever I try to create a healthy, understanding and unconditionally loving connection with them. It makes me think: is it me or are there any relationship techniques I should get to deal with this situation?

Men seem to get it sometimes, but I'm not sure why do they start to look for problems and drama to keep themselves interested.
