I’m confused? like what’s going on?

I think I’m low IQ. I talked too much on the phone with the grocery store lady and I wasn’t making any sense. I think I’m slow, I do have social anxiety… am I stupid.. ugh

I passed my CNA test and my therapist said I would’ve had to be average/above average intelligence to pass it. I do think I have ADHD too, standardize testing isn’t something I’m strong in. I did a few different online IQ tests, I got 120 on one, then got 88 on another then got 102 on another one. Am I average intelligence? Was my therapist right?

I’m so worried about this.. I mean I did pass a CNA course and it did have a state test at the end. So maybe I’m average intelligence?

hard to say for sure there are so many factors that influence how your mind works.

I'd always look to: hormones at the time (is it temporary and cyclical), prior life traumas (influence most everything in perception), test taking skills, sleep, diet, exericse, allergies.

in short, you probably discovered you are not functioning at your best due to some factor.

probably your IQ is average around 100 which is fine because average is fine. not low.

your therapist is correct about CNA so trust her and do not doubt.
the online iq specify they are not real so do not believe either 90 low nor 120 high probably around 97-103.
