Christian dating related. We flirt and spend time together at work but he hasn’t asked me on a date e. g. in the evening or at the weekend or outside office hours. We went on one lunch date during work but that’s it. We have been talking for 2 months. What’s his strategy here or is he just not interested?

First of all did he ever say you´re dating? Because it could be that you interpret the situation as dating or a process to a relationship while he just sees you as a friend and a person he likes to be around at work. That doesn´t mean he´s not interested in you but he´s not looking to have a relationship with you. He rather sees you as a buddy at work.

This case has nothing to do about being a Christian. I think you're worrying about it too much honestly. There could be a few reasons why he's not asking you out. He could be shy, nervous, or think your not interested. You could point blank ask him when he will ask you out. That would work on me.

There's no strategy. Your putting to much thought into it. Keep it friendly and lower your expectations. Keep your mind from racing. If he was Interested much like going to take piss, he would act on it.
