Dating is in quotations because I've literally only gone on one date with this man, but he REALLY likes me. I'm talking texts every single day, selfies, saying he can't wait to see me again, giving me compliments etc.
I'm a little worried about this for some reason. I like him, but I don't know if we're on the same page yet and I feel a little suspicious about the whole thing.
Have you ever been in this situation? I don't know what to do tbh.

Hmmm I mean generally the beginning of relationships people are supposed to be really happy they're with that person
It's the peak of being happy you're with them. We'll. Let's say A peak because I'm sure you can be happier but that irrelevant
Anyway, if you tell him he's being too loving it'll only have a bad outcome. Could prevent him to being less expressive, you ever hear how guys say not to express themselves to their girl. And you also, on the flip side, hear girls say guys aren't expressive? Well if you tell him he's too much it might just make him another statistic on believing not to express himself
Let's look at it from his point of view. Imagine the girl you're happy with dating. The person you're excited to see and be with. Tells you. "Oh hey you seem too desperate, stop that"
That shit would not only make me never express how I felt to them it would also be the beginning of the end of that relationship. Not because I'm holding a grudge. But because I'd become hesitant on what I could say. No longer being able to say what I want to say in fear of pushing her away. Do you see what I mean?
That is of course he's not EXTREMELY over the top like not giving you any space and tryna call you every second of the day or see you any chance he gets.
Honestly, I don't see that relationship working if you ask my professionally unlicensed self🤔
I mean you ALREADY aren't sure about him to START the relationship. And it also see your guys love language isn't quite the same. Which is okay you need someone less expressive and more independent and he needs someone more expressive and wanting to be together
