and I believe that not about everything we have to say... they will find by themselves, with time and it's normal to discover flaws and greatness with time

I belive it should be stated in the beginning. I dont like hidding things I know is going to be a potential problem, like my ADHD. Tell them, have it done. The rest is on them.
