He's tall, physically and mentally strong and knows how to do all kinds of stuff. He can cook, change a tyre, change oil, he fixed one of my cupboards, and he put on a doorknob for me. Ignoring the physical (because pretty boys can be really cruel sometimes), the kid seems to have skills you appreciate and respects your rule about getting intimate, which is probably killing him... so he's a good sort of guy. Carry on what you’ve already been doing I guess. Other than his physical qualities, he just sounds like a normal guy - he’s capable of doing everyday things, and he treats you with respect regarding your sex boundary, which is the bare minimum that any decent person should do. That’s good.
