Im sure it doesn't mean anything. there are a million reasons why he sent it. it could be a fwd that he sent to everyone or he's just making you notice him. it can be also a nice gesture from him. try not to worry about the txt. if he likes you he will keep trying. if not everything will just be normal.
its Valentine's day...he prob said that to a ton of different girls today. I don't think it means anything, unless there was a gesture attached to it, like he sent you flowers or something
