After looking back on it, I've decided highschool was the most fun and defining part of my life. I really grew into my own person with my own interests (I shook off most of my horrible awkwardness from middle school). Not to mention everything outside of school like deciding to pick up a guitar or bass, crystal collecting, Stop motion animation.
My most interesting classes were Art, Japanese and Mythology. I was never really sporty except for cross country running (which I don't do much anymore but I ride a bicycle everywhere so it kind of evens out)
I don't know if I really could have fit into any specific clique because the circles I surrounded myself with overlapped with one another. I mostly aligned myself with videogame and artsy nerds though. The chart above does a decent illustration of it I think.
I don't think I've lost any of my interests since highschool but I've only gained new ones and in that way I've changed.
The picture is of me in grade eleven. That year was memorable because I started that mythology class then.

What kind of person were you in highschool and have you changed much since then?
Till my middle school, I was a very studious kid with great grades and was an over achiever. In the last year of my middle school, I grew a little 'tougher' and became a trouble maker with others. I grew so popular and it was going all good. First year of my high school, I was backstabbed by almost everyone I knew. Some asshole didn't like me and spread rumours. Those months I spent under bullying and just before 10th grade I manned up and confronted all of them and stopped it. In 10th grade, I was the loner type who everyone knew that I was the one you shouldn't mess with. I still had friendships but never close ones. I didn't enjoy too much creating bonds with people, just liked the fun we used to have. I used to have an unhealthy obsession with being alone. My appearance had changed significantly past few years and I used to be the center of attention xD. I used to get a lot of attention and used to enjoy that a lot but never reciprocated to anyone except one who I let slip away and some other things went down. My last two years of high school passed with great disinterest. Made new close friends and I was starting to lose the happiness I used to get from attention. I was still known by almost everyone, just not in person.
Like many teens I wanted to fit in and seem less weird in high school and started moving away from some of what interested me as a nerdy child and at the point I started transitioning into adulthood I realized that I was the loneliest I've ever been and the only thing I really enjoyed were those same interests I thought I shouldn't openly enjoy. I regret not fully embracing what made me different. So I didn't really change at all, I just stopped hiding who I really am and discovered more about myself since then. I'm still the kid that draws animals.
I guess you could say I was a good girl in high school. Part of the top 10% of the class, someone the teacher would come up to for a task or to lead an activity, etc. I started out shy but after some time, I went on to represent the class on pageants and joined various activities such as volleyball and school newspaper. I wasn't bullied either. Just banters with my friends who I'm still friends with to this day.
I think I have changed - for the better or worse, I'm not sure lol. I lost most of my hobbies but I turned out fine in my career so I guess I got that going for me
I hated high school cause I was bullied and picked on and struggled academically and my parents were constantly abusing me and picking on me and I was a new Christian at the time and not understanding God added to my stress - it also had periods of extreme happiness - like buying a book from chapters - studying Greek pottery - reading and memorizing Gandhi quotes or Martin Luther King Jr Speeches - now I’m almost never very happy but never miserable either - just at a moderate level of satisfaction and deep contentment 24/7
I was very, very shy until it hurts. I wouldn't talk to anyone. I was always looking down. It was pitiful. I have never been bullied in my life! Then at 16, I found my wings. And boy, I was ready to soar lol! My mom said to me she wishes I was still shy when it came to the phone bill lol. So I would pay for it. That was 46 years ago. Now I'm in a good way. I'm an event planner. And, I'm having a good time. My sister and I gave a masquerade and it was great. I'm not the same as I was back then. I'm bold, passionate, flirty!
I was very quiet and shy in school and basically let everyone walk all over me! I loved history but was bullied and called a tramp all the time! Now i am outgoing and don't take bull from people anymore! I still love history but found other interests! and those little bullies wanted to suddenly be nice to me when i did see them!
I think everyone changes from high school as we start growing into ourselves and working out our own lives! But change can be a good thing!
I was the shy girl or invisible girl that wasn't quite invisible as I got bullied a lot. I was given the nicknames mouse and ice queen. The second nickname was in my last year when I would give guys that picked on me the death glare. I am a lot more talkative and I stand my ground you mess with me, I am going to tell to get lost and never darken my doorway again.
