I've been applying for jobs but I'm getting absolutely nothing what should I do?

I've applied for the airport job just to pay for the bills. But they are taking so long with the background check. I've been getting ao frustrated because I've been applying for jobs in my field which is marketing. I've being doing this non stop and had interviews and came very close to actually getting the position. I'm living back home at the mememnt but it's such a shitty remote place where I can't even get a regular job because there is nothing here. Even worse my dad isn't making it easy for me as he calls me a waster constantly just getting sick of waiting for that job to get back to me
