I was teaching at a local college and in May 2020 I got laid off because of covid. I collected unemployment for 18 months and hoped to get called back but enrollments are down. I ended up getting a systems administrator job last summer.
Working 295 hours in one August definitely doesn't make a person want to stick around. Your boss shaming you for quitting to visit your dying grandfather? Even less so.
I've only ever had this one job, which other than for maternity leave, I can't ever see me leaving/quitting... At least for the next twenty years hopefully. 🤞
I wasn't, I just did odd jobs for people. But last actual job I had, I quit because I wasn't about to keep pressure washing shit out of bathrooms for minimum wage.
The biggest thing was a rule of the code of conduct was broken. I brought it up and they swept it under the rug. I was scared for my safety as well as being targeted. It was bad. If all that stuff didn’t happen out there, I’d still be over there.
The chemicals I worked around were having an adverse affect on my health the oil you got covered in didn’t help or standing in place for 8-10 hours a day.
I can't stand standing in place which is why i quit the sporting good store. But wow how can they still run that business if its affecting folks health?
I left because of piss poor management. I left because it was affecting my mental health in the workplace. I should be tired because of being productive not berated and micromanaged and mentally torn down.
One thing I have found from experience, do not work for a corporate franchise or a manager that came from one. Work for a family owned place, I found they value employees way more than a corporation will.
Yea I haven't had that option just yet. I started at a franchise, moved to government then to another franchise and now to back to education but with the extra government perks 😂
#DizzDesii No warning. The layoff was actually kind of weird. My boss was our of town when the word came down from upper management to cut department size by 10%, so three of us were laid off by the VP of our group who knew nothing about us. In hindsight, management admitted it was a mistake. Things the three of us were working on negatively impacted the company because no one else could do it.
I worked as a janitor for the movie theater and I didn't lost the job because of quitting or getting fired, Covid had happened so I lost my job due to every business shutting down.
I left my last job since the work environment was toxic and management was too power hungry and didn’t care about their employees’ personal lives or feelings. It was literally just work work work, do it right, or you’re fired.
It takes time. Show him what you like, orgasm with him there holding you even if you do it yourself as he holds you. If he has erection problems sleep with him naked and eventually he will be full hard and you may be awoken to find his hard penis inside you as he thrusts
This is the first job that I wouldn't blame the pay but i’d definitely blame the rude management. The other jobs had careless management but this ones just rude and unorganized

Im glad you got something again :)
Thanks, it has worked out well.

Omg im sorry for your loss!
That was years ago. Needless to say, the place lost a solid worker!
I've only ever had this one job, which other than for maternity leave, I can't ever see me leaving/quitting... At least for the next twenty years hopefully. 🤞
Hope it continues to work out
@DizzyDesii
I hope so too! 🤞
Wishing you and your family A Very Merry Christmas & A Happy and Peaceful New Year. x
You as well 🙌 Happy Holidays

Omg yea i could not
Yeah, you'd throw up. How the fuck they managed to get chunks of shit on the ceiling, lord knows.
🥴🥴🥴

Man sounds scary
I left because they moved to a location that had absolutely no public transportation whatsoever.
Damn that would suck. What about uber?
Like we're talking 20 miles each way. Used to be 15 minutes from my place by subway
Yea hats too much
It was something I never ever should have been asked to do let alone let myself be talked into accepting.
I told you porn is a last resort 🥴💀
lmao Yeah yeah.
The chemicals I worked around were having an adverse affect on my health the oil you got covered in didn’t help or standing in place for 8-10 hours a day.

It's a machine shop so dealing with oil, chemicals, solvents, etc is pretty common and it doesn't have that affect on everyone.
I left because of piss poor management. I left because it was affecting my mental health in the workplace. I should be tired because of being productive not berated and micromanaged and mentally torn down.
Yea i haven't found a job good for my mental health yet

I was laid off once due to downsizing, and I left 2 jobs because I didn't like the location I was working in.
The downsizing excuse is so annoying. Did they warn you ahead? I got a 2 day notice from the inspections job

I was only warned by accident. My sup said “well since your last day is Friday”... i was like it is? 😂 i didn't even know of the company merger
I worked as a janitor for the movie theater and I didn't lost the job because of quitting or getting fired, Covid had happened so I lost my job due to every business shutting down.
Well im sure there's something else out there. Why not work at a comic book store or something
Actually tomorrow I will be having a job interview for Chipotle wish me luck.
Can i wish you luck and a free bad of chips and salsa for me
*bag
Construction contractor. The owner retired and closed the business.
Dang that sucks
I quit working at Hell’s Sheltered Workshop because of unfair bosses, poor management and stupid people!
Is it actually named that
No, but it should. It’s called Warren County Sheltered Workshop. But it should be because some of the bosses come from Hell!
I was not well trained to handle the position they needed me in. I was not confident in my abilities to handle things
Oh shit thats been all of my jobs 😂 People really hate to train and I don't know why. Thats the fun part in my opinion
I left my last job since the work environment was toxic and management was too power hungry and didn’t care about their employees’ personal lives or feelings. It was literally just work work work, do it right, or you’re fired.
Yea i hate being looked at as just another number

Lmao wrong post?
There was a customer that had asked me where something was and I didn’t know or understand what she was saying. Cussed her out and got fired
Lmao whaaaaat 😂 not my sweet sweet trill hippy 😂
Out of the last four or five jobs I left it was for more money/benefits. All but one I could go back to if I wanted to.
This is the first job that I wouldn't blame the pay but i’d definitely blame the rude management. The other jobs had careless management but this ones just rude and unorganized
If they are rude to employees just think how rude they can get with customers.
she's the boss so someone must didn't care. But i’ve been rude with the students today because those mfs are rude
What is good for the goose?
Never heard that sayin
What is good for the goose is good for the gander…
I left because working two jobs was getting stressful & my other job paid more.
On the occasion I buy something there they still beg me to come back.
I refuse to work more than one at a time. I can't deal
*shrugs*
I actually kind of liked my last job, but left for an even better opportunity.
Hey keep leveling up 🙌
