"They graciously gave you the opportunity to work for them and you want to SUE them?"
And I graciously gave them my employment and work. What's your fucking point?

RIGHT
because it’s a partnership
no matter how it’s phrased or drawn, it will always and should be VIEWED as a partnership.
If anyone said that to you while they were in higher management positions, then it means they didn’t respect you as an EQUAL member/ partner.
If someone else said that and they don’t even work at the same place as the disagreement/ situation, then it means they disrespect the employee, and don’t see their job as valid.
Which would be messed up.
You’re right in how you’re thinking.
I think in answering, people develop these twisted mental disorders. These brain conditionings- all thanks to society.

Depends on the reason for suing and what opportunities they have given you
I don't care about whether or not it's moral. Is it just you? How much time and energy are you willing to spend and can you prove wrong doing? Keep in mind that if you're suing your boss there is a chance that the company will get dragged into it. If that's the case you might not stand a chance. They'll just bog you down with litigious barriers to getting your case heard until you can no longer afford the legal costs of trying a case.
Business is about bottom line and maximizing all margins including people. Hope your case is good.
