At that time when I was really young about age 15 or so. A friend of mine invited me to practice spell and she was teaching me since my friend came for a generationof witches. I didn't have anyone christian to guide me or teach me howuch harm these things can couse. It has been said before dont play with fire. I got into book spells and practice at home. Now as an older person I have regrets and I feel it has catch up to me by paying the consequences. I do regret my choice I feel I attracted something negative that followed me.

I bought Raven SilverWolf's book in high school which I still have, and last year bought two items for protection.

But never practiced it.

The funny thing?

Wiccans, Pagans, etc. NEVER shove their beliefs down your throat like Christians do. They're also not anti-LGBTQ, and way more accepting and openminded compared to Christians. They don't go around knocking on your door like Christians do.

If anything, I'm way more comfortable with Witches than Christians. Extremely uncomfortable with Christians.

I looked into various forms of spirituality when I was younger, but not in high school.
I'm not religious but didn't get into paganism, either.

In my 50s, I was a member of a nondenominational church. Religious people, atheists, pagans, etc were all welcome.

A few practitioners of Wicca held ceremonies once in a while, like on winter solstice.
I like the idea of nature-centered spirituality, but found their ceremonies to be a bit lame. They are benevolent, though, and have nothing to do with evil spirits or Satanism or anything.

I do give some credence to power in certain stones and plants.
