At what age did you receive your first salary and what did you do to earn it?

When I was young I had jobs that paid. But the first one where I received what you would call a salary (I think it was bi-monthly) was stocking shelves and doing warehouse work for a large department store. I think I was 17 when I got that job and did it for over a year. It was a pretty cool job, actually.

First monthly paid work was pot washing in the local Italian restaurant

First paid work was probably my dad's boss when I was 14

First self-employed money would have been from scrap metal when I was 8

My first pay cheque was at Pizza Hut or Dippin Dots and Spudniks which are both food places.

12. I helped at my grandpas plastic surgery office and he used to pay me for it 😂

15-16. Worked at a newspaper doing "paste-up" graphics (it's in Wikipedia). Promoted to the catalog-creating department of a sister company in a few months.

First salary job was 16 or 17. I've had odd jobs since 11 though.

Never had a salary job, always been hourly. First real paycheck I got though was working at the local gas station when I was 15 I think

I've never been a salaried employee.

First wage I was paid was 2.50 and hr. And I was 14. And I worked at the local amusement park. That's why they could get away with paying under the minimum wage because it was seasonal work.
