Uncharted starring Tom Holland, Mark Wahlberg, and sexy ass Antonio Banderas! I love me some Tom so I gotta show some support. I mean he's not that great of a spiderman in my opinion and this Uncharted commercial kinda looks like another Spiderman without the suit but im hopeful lmao. Plus Far From Home and No Way Home were good (not exactly because of him though lol). Its actually giving me live action Adventures of Tin Tin vibes and i heard its not too based off the actual Uncharted video game. Im trying to see it this weekend but I’m annoyed that my entire family expects me to pay their way into the theater. And then they expect movie food. Like nah ima be the only one in that bit with a $10 icee drink and a $10 nacho 🤣💀😭

i’ll rate it like 7/10. Its worth a watch but just not in theaters food is $10 each lol. It was literally like Spiderman forgot his suit and decided to go on a Treasure Hunt with Mark Wahlberg but it should've been with Jason Statham. Antonio Banderas didn't get the screentime he deserved. Tati Gabrielle got a bit more time than deserved but did kick ass. I thought Sophia Taylor Ali was Naomi Scott the whole time. 🤷‍♀️

Once again, the theater didn't really laugh just like when I watched Spiderman No Way Home. I mean Tom Holland is adorable and clumsy af so its literally another spiderman film. He isn't the best spidey but i remain concerned about his character through the whole film. Sadly i missed the damn first 5 mins foolin with the concession stand. Also, the movie didn't get GREAT til the 2nd hour when they go underground, get on the plane, and arrive at the island in my opinion

The Uncharted Series of PS4 games 🎮 are absolutely epic, and attempting to create a live action movie that reflects the experiences of the game is pretty well not possible. The game itself is a cinematic experience with amazing graphics. Each character is modeled after a person and the voice actors bring their characters to life. Their facial expressions are like motion captured, as are their movements and much of what goes into stuff like making action sequences like as in film.

That being said I really like Tom Holland, Mark Wahlberg and Antonio Banderas as actors. Tom and Mark no where near align with the characters of Nathan Drake and Sully. They're good looking, but switching the game to a prequel still does not match. In the game you get to experience what is what like when he was younger and growing up as well as when he first met Sully.

All this being said I will see the movie, I feel I will enjoy it; however I cannot go into it expecting it to be like the games. If they did want to do a movie they should have chosen Nathan Fillion and mirrored the game much closer staying true to the heart of the character's are. He was a part of a short film that can be found on YouTube and it is really well done.

Naughty Dogs makes amazing games that are already like a movie, difference is that you're able to join the experience.

I am looking forward to the 'Last of Us" Television Series on HBO Max. First off TV Series are more often able to do things that movies cannot fit into a short span of a couple or few hours. The show I believe has one of the largest budgets ever, more than Game of Thrones. I think they're working really hard to really make it successful to both fans and those who have never seen it. The first game is amazing. It was groundbreaking and rose to be one of the greatest games of all time. The 2nd game is an absolute masterpiece, even though it bothered many who played it. It too was groundbreaking in that it was am absolutely emotional experience and hard to play at times. That being said I believe the writers achieved what they wanted to and stayed true to their vision.

It's a maybe I have played all the Uncharted games and even the one with just the girls. I also played the PlayStation handheld versions. I rather have Nathan Fillion just cause I think he looks like Nathan Drake and he is a better fit. I feel Tom Holland might be okay but I keep thinking of Spider-Man when I see him and I don't think Mark Wahlberg is a good pick for being Sully even though I think Mark Wahlberg is a badass. I just remember seeing Nathan Fillion being in a short film if him being Drake and he played perfectly with the witting and shit talking comments and those fight scenes wasn't bad either.

Yeah, for me I'd rate it like a 4/10 lol.
My friend is a marvel fan and loves spiderman so I pretty much watched it for him, lol.
I didn't care too much for the acting and I wanted the characters to have a little more depth. If they make a second one with his brother i think that one would be more interesting.

I was planning on watching the movie until I saw a review by a very trustworthy person that I know. Basically he said that "Tom Holland who's 25 looks 17 and Nathan Drake who's obviously in his late 30s or Early 40s is not the perfect character for Tom Holland. On the other Hand , Sully didn't get much time and Mark Wahlberg wasn't a good casting decision for Sully. It would've been better if they did a flashback scene of Nathan and Sully , like 10-15 years back in time. TH and MW would've been a better pick for that specific scene , but overall , it was just not working from the Casting POV." Now this review is why I'm not watching the movie. NGL , I like Tom Holland's acting but the character should be in the same age-range of TH.
