We know that this is how the vast majority of hollywood actors get their roles (both men and women) when they initially starting out and have little to no power. Even late into their career some actors still have to give up their ass to secure a role.

With that said, the MCU is a very profitable money making organization. Once you get in and are latched onto a film that makes tons of money, you'll get hired to appear in other roles and make tons of cash.
