My friend constantly calls me a “skinny bitch” but she says she's just joking.. what should I do?

We’ve been friends for a couple of years now and

she never used to be like this but now that she’s comfortable around me she’s saying comments like.. “I’ve seen more meat on a chicken leg” or “why do you go to the gym for skinny bitch?” She’s not skinny but I wouldn’t say fat.. I feel like saying “well look who’s talking fat bitch” but feel like she would snap Unfortunately I wasn’t blessed with the biggest ass and she has got a big one and she’s always saying “ah least I have a big butt that all the guys like, there’s nothing to you” She said she’s joking but I feel like it’s a dig at me

And when I was wearing a crop top she said “why are you showing your belly for?”

Feel like it’s just insult after insult and I don't know what to say back

the girl in the white top is my friend who constantly makes comments about my weight (we both go gym together)

Well I have a guy friend and he's been teasing our friend who is a girl and fat that sometimes I feel like he's insulting her too much. I know that our friend smile like nothing happened but I do really know that she's hurt inside because of those insults or tease she get coming from him. You are beautiful and right now I'm envy of you because of your body. Just be yourself and don't mind her. I always say to my friend that she's beautiful inside and out. No matter what kind of body type she is, she's still beautiful. 💖

If she was never like this perhaps something happened to her or something she realized that made her feel very insecure of her weight and jealous of you. You should talk to her about it without being confrontational and defensive. Both of you are beautiful and if you want a big butt do some booty work outs lol

Friends can mess with each other and tease each other out of fun, guys do it all the time. It's most likely meant in playfulness and not meanness.

Does it bother you? If so just tell her you know she is just playing but that is something that you are a little self conscience or insecure about and that you'd like her to not do it anymore and I'm sure she'll say I'm sorry and she'll stop.

Tell her you like your body (you do right?) and her comments are not going to make you eat more / gain weight.
