I don't wear bikinis at all because my family is somewhat conservative and it's considered disrespectful.
But generally I don't think it's an issue in front of your kids. They're your children. Although I don't generally wear bikinis, I'd wear it in front of my children and husband.

If the mom's kids were teenagers and they had male friends with them no she shouldn't be wearing a bikini like the one shown. It is more out of respect for her own kids so that they don't hear their male friends making comments. It would be worse if in a way if the mom is in good shape. It isn't uncommon for sons to hear their mom is the hot mom. I'm not saying she has to be covered from head to two but maybe wait until her kids have graduated to wear it around the kids' friends.

The thing is, well it's two things:

1) A child's mind can be quite impressionable and early exposure to sexual stimulus can alter their sexuality in unnatural ways.
