How do you come to that conclusion?

The younger children are when exposed to sexual stuff the bigger impact it has on them. So if a small child sees his mom's naked butt a lot during summer he'll start getting more aroused around her and it'll lead to some creepy fetish. And also imagine walking in on your dad when he's getting out of the shower and you see his balls, pretty sure that would scar you for life too.
