Is my friend competing with me or am I overreacting?

My friend has been nice up until the last two years, but I've been getting some weird vibes off her and I can't tell if it's all in my head or not. She never was competitive before, but she has started comparing me to her randomly, saying I'm flatter than her and skinny in a bad way and always talking about my chest size compared to hers. She constantly brings it up even in front of other people and finds ways to sneak into conversation about my smaller boobs, and how she's more "womanly than me" etc. She also says that "since I'm half black I'm less appealing to guys than her" since she's white and whenever a guy likes me she's like "does he just like black girls." I mean I'm mixed race but why should it matter what someone's race is? I bought a prom dress and she saw the photos on instagram, then texted me saying "give me your dress." and she's been hounding me to give it to her. I lent her a different dress of mine for New Years' Eve (which is an expensive dress) and she went around telling everyone it's her dress, and posted pics on social media about "her new dress." These things just make me uncomfortable and I've been getting competitive vibes but am I overthinking?

Lol she’s VERY JEALOUS of you and insecure.. I had a friend like that too, she was ALWAYS giving me backhanded compliments.. There’s nothing wrong with you, it’s all her… She’s very toxic and that’s an unhealthy friendship. I wouldn’t remain friends with her because soon she’ll be doing other things to you, you don’t want to put yourself in a situation to get hurt. It also sounds like she wishes she could be you, sometimes people admire us but they’re so envious that it comes out negative.. It’s a love hate type of situation and it’s very common in those types. I’m sorry that she’s treating you this way. Please don’t let her words tear you down, I’m very positive that you’re a beautiful person inside and out.

She sounds weird. I've dealt with jealous friends before and she sounds similar to how they used to behave. I would talk to her about it, and if she denies it or dismisses your feelings, then you know she's no longer your real friend.
