Then I will have to convince him that if it's my mom or my sister it's still partially me.

You're probably going to ask a woman from the family because otherwise it'll be hard. I dont think there has been any way yet to create gametes from stem cells or bone marrow or whatever other thing tiktok says lol. You guys can also just ask for your sister's eggs and hire a surrogate if she doesn't want to carry the baby.
As I thought from your question, for some reason you can't get pregnant right? I think what hr wants is not impossible and you can suggest that too.
