I pay all the bills in my mother's house and I also live here with my 3 other siblings, the youngest is a 19 year old that steals money from us, goes days on end without answering his phone that my mom happened to buy him, it's extremely disrespectful and aggressive in the way he talks to my mother. had a job where he quit from without telling us so I had to be the one finding that out but still he didn't say why or gave us any explanation.

in this house we have rules and i'm tired of him not respecting them. he doesn't want to work but wants to have money, doesn't want to study so he's still hasn't finished highschool like I don't know what else to do or how to speak to him in a way that he'll understand that he is a man. a soon to be 20 year old young man that won't have me fixing his mistakes and paying his bills forever. at this point I can't even leave home because I have all of them depending on me. I want to home my own house again, do my own stuff and worry about my own problems

Yes 100% I would and I almost did, situation was similar me being you, basically my mother and myself paying for everything and my sister getting a part time job that pays shit money and acting like she owns the place and talking shit to my mother and to myself (like bro if a dude was challenging me the way she was I'd have literally killed him with my bare hands, literally), even worse with my mom my mom's a single mom ever since we were 6 and 4 respectively, and poor af, given us everything we ever needed and STILL does, yet she treats her like shit, I keep warning my mom but she's like "this is my daughter I can't do this", what will happen when you get old and retire what she's gonna scream at you use your money and throw you in some charity home? well fuck it I ain't staying here that's all I know and I left, if you have that power to kick him out then do it 100%%, I didn't own the house so obviously could do nothing..

Give him 24 hours to see if he can survive on his own out of your place. If he can, then you're fine. If not, he'll come begging back to you with forgiveness. If he really is spoiled and disrespectful, then he has no idea how good he has it and maybe needs to be humbled a little bit.

Seems like he has his mind set on being a bum. Different for every family , but I'd sure remind him everyday. Who does he think he is mooching off of family? Every one does their part so should he. If he still doesn't want, I'm not sure how exactly you can kick him out. But that is the best option. What shitty situation you are in. Change the locks and don't give him the keys?

It is time for an over 18 to learn what it is about. You may want to help find a roommate or something like that. Paying rent at home seemed to work for my Neighbors !!! And he failed first year of college !
