Omg , so she's not my neighbor neighbor. We live a few apartments down from each other. When I walk my dog she sees me and starts talking. Unfortunately, I have no interest in what she's saying. All she does is talk about " so and so did this so and so did that. So and so is screwing the maintenance man". 🙄 like it's just overbearing. I believe she's lonely and had ran everyone away. I've tried to avoid her by not responding to her text 4 days later and walking another direction to avoid her apartments yet seems not to be successful. I want peace where I lay yet I want her to know I'm not interested.

I'd just tell her, " look , frankly my dear I don't give a damn"😂

Thanks everyone, I blocked her again and will walk with my Bluetooth on for now on. So if she sees me ill say I'm on the phone
