I was really close with her for a while, we even went on a trip together. I tried really hard to be a good friend. I always payed my own way and split the things we had to pay for together. I went to places I didn’t want to, to make her happy. I was trying to give her the best advice for the wedding and tried to be very supportive.
She had always been bad at answering her phone but she told me that she was like that with everyone, but when I was with her she would call people and text while we would hang out. Eventually, instead of answering me after 6-8 hours later… it turned into 2 days. I started to get the hint when it took us 5 days to have a 3 sentence conversation because she wouldn’t answer. And the icing on the cake was that she’s always posting on Snapchat with her other friends… so you’re on your phone sis.
She had texted me in the beginning of September to hang out a month in advance, so she had to “schedule” me in but she’s with everyone else 24/7. She also blamed work for the reason why she couldn’t hang out with me or text me in the past, which I understood because I WORK TOO! but then I see her on Snapchat right after work hanging out with people. She hasn’t talked to me since the first week of September, I feel like I was just a stand-in until she could find more interesting people to hang out with like I was a place holder. So her wedding is coming up and I don't know what to do because it feels like she doesn’t really care if I’m there or not, it really hurts because I tried so hard to make this friendship work, I just need some advice… what do I do?
