Do you think we have a right to demand self control in our families?

I ordered this amazing device that could not be purchased on Amazon and today a package arrived and it isn’t even the same function as the product I ordered. My mom demanded to know how much I paid for it and I would not tell her cause she would yell at me and get offended. And she said if the product was not in our mailbox today, she would force me to ask for a refund which I think is a waste of time. A random company in another country, getting a refund would take at least 2 months and probably 80 hours of fighting and threats and negative complaining on social media. I got angry at her for not letting me make my own choices but it might still arrive. Maybe the package I got was given from a different company and I just did not know about it.
