Which Chinese zodiac sign is the strictest mother?

What is your mother's sign, and do you get along with her? Share your own sign if you want, but it's not mandatory. I'm trying to figure out on average which Chinese sign becomes the strictest mother, regardless of astrological compatibility. I'm guessing it's the signs that don't dream of becoming parents, whereas the ones that do dream of becoming parents are the less strict. Less strict parents I'm guessing are the pig, tiger, snake, goat, rat. Some of the strictest parents include rabbit, rooster, dog. In what ways are your mothers strict?

My mom is a horse.

My bed time was like 8:30 or 9 all the way up until I was 17 and it became 9:30. Never 10. Lmao (until i graduated of course)

When my mom bought groceries, we couldn't have high fructose corn syrup. Could have juice, but it had to be real juice and it had to be in a "juice cup"... which is a tiny ass glass. No soda, my dad would buy us some though and if he did my mom made him buy it caffeine free. My mom preferred sparkling water. Cream soda, sugary sweets, chips were treats. It was mostly Dad whose sign is is a dog.

I was encouraged to play outside to "get some vitamin D" and had to be back BEFORE the street lights came on. Couldn't spend the night at friends often or go in their house unless she KNEEWWW their parents. Couldn't celebrate Halloween, Easter, or Christmas.. So of course I couldn't partake in the school parties unless it SPECIFICALLY said it was a "Holiday" party. NOT a "Christmas" party lol.

In general I don't think I had a super strict childhood though. I was still able to have fun and go out with friends. I just hated not being able to have junk food, fast food, and having an early bed time.

I think my mom is a dragon but I don't know - she could be a tiger. I'm a rooster. My mom was/is quite strict. I'm not a mom but I know that I'd be a crazy control freak lmao and that's part of the reason why I don't have kids. I like things just so and being in control of things brings me calmness and children are the exact opposite of all that lmfao

It is my understanding that the Chinese zodiac is based on the lunar calendar and my January 1955 birthday was in 1954 according to the lunar calendar.

She was born March 31, 1931. I don't know if that is 1931 or 1930 on the lunar calendar.

I am the year of the rooster, my mom is the year of the tiger and my dad is the year of the horse. My sisters years of the dragon and the serpent. Thanks for sharing the info.

Answering the question, my mom is somewhere in the middle. Or to put it another way, she is strict on specific things so she may be right.

Both my parents are year of the tiger. I would say they are more protective than strict. I still had freedom to do what I wanted to do but there were limits and consequences.

My mother is a monkey and I am a snake. My mother wasn't very strict, though she did enforce the important rules.
