I can't wait until I'm a father, raising my own family.

I grew up in a family-centric environment and household, where not only did I have a healthy family myself, with a successful and supportive mother and father base, but everyone around me and nearly all my friends had the same thing.

My main goal in life is to be a father and raise a family.

This one is easy - I do and I already am.

My girlfriend and I have three and if she told me tomorrow that she was pregnant again you would not be able to wipe the smile off my face.
In fact, every now and then I'll tell her I want another baby. Then she acts the practical one and says that we have our hands full with three. (Currently ages, 10,9, and 7 - boy, boy, girl.)

Truth be told, I am totally in love with my girlfriend and our little family. (We don't want to be married.) I would not change a thing.

However, I won't lie. I see a couple with a new little baby - or even a woman expecting a baby - and I get wistful for the days when my children were just little babies and I would hold them in my arms and kiss them and play with them.

On top of all this, about three years ago I found out that I had a son with a woman that I had a one night stand with. I didn't really know her and she got pregnant, but opted not to tell me until he was 12 - he is now 15. (She tracked me down, told me, I got a test and yup - he is my son.)

You'd think that I would be upset. No doubt, I was a bit thrown at first, but he is a great kid, I love him with all my heart. My only regret is that I missed so much of his young life and now I am making up - with the full support of my girlfriend, the mother of my other three children - for lost time.

Bottom line, yup, men - at least this man - definitely gets baby fever.

In this Clown World dystopia we're living in? With pedophiles and groomers in open sight, running the entire state of California? With my sh*tty, f*cked-up genes and short height? In today's political climate where most women are lesbians, gold diggers, or internet whores? Definitely, it would be nice to have a family and having kids running around doing chores would be helpful lol. I like the idea of having a family, of homeschooling the children and helping the kids pull a prank on their dad or doing something fun with them.

Homeschooling them would probably be better, my state isn't completely messed up but I've hard a lot of bad experiences with teachers trying to brainwash kids. there's a lot of issues today so I'd have to think about how exactly parenting would work but I still want to be a mom and do a good job with the kids.

I don't really want to go through the whole pregnancy thing, I'm 50/50 about becoming a parent but I also come from a big family so there'll always be kids around and I don't know... I have 3 siblings and when I was younger I always said yeah I'll have 3-4 kids but now I'm just meh - I'm 19 and haven't really thought about it in a serious way tbh

Family is important to me, but I've never met a woman that I really wanted to start a family with so... I don't want to get a late night phone call from some random girl I slept with saying I'm pregnant if that's what you're asking... That wouldn't be good. Right woman, right circumstance sure.

I know I would love it if, and when it happens

but I also know that I would be okay if I never became a parent, or if I ended up married with someone that has not planned to have children

I am sure sure I could do it both ways and still be happy and the happiest, but if I had to choose I would go with a bigger family

I honestly don't have the biggest desire in creating my own family if it's happened I be a very good father and husband if it's doesn't happen I won't be upset about not making my own family U have other things I am interested in doing with my life.
