What should I do if my brothers dog is infested with fleas?

So my brother and his girlfriend for whatever reason decided to let my parents dog who we've had for many years mate with another young dog he got. They had like 5+ babies and he kept 1 of them. So now he has 2 dogs that he barely takes care of and not only that but they both have so many fleas :( his girlfriend was mad that i gave one of them a bath once and even the fact that their dogs come to my room when they're not home. Ofc leaving the dogs to other people to take care of. But anyways, so they don't do anything about the fleas, I can't bathe them. Today I was petting them and let one on my bed and he left fleas on my sheets is how bad it is. Poor thing they both are always hungry and lack attention so when I'm around I try to give it but the fleas is where I cross the line. I don't want them in my room at all but I don't know what to do I feel bad for them

If they refuse to take care of the dogs and are also not giving them attention, they need to be taken away. Pets need as much love and attention as humans do.

Due to the amount of fleas, not only would they need a bath but medication as well. When my two had a flea problem one time, the vet gave them Frontline Plus, it's one that goes directly on the skin behind their neck.

Take them away, take pictures and videos of neglect, take them to court if you have to.
