I'll give you two scenarios. You can do as much as you can to steer them in the right direction and the best scenario is the child develops into a high functional psychopath (CEO, surgeon, lawyer, etc) that does competitive majors.
1st scenario:
The doctors were able to detect early on that your child indeed has chemical imbalance in his/her brain. Their prefrontal cortex (the major area responsible for empathy) has less grey matter in volume and thickness, much less than a normal brain. There is no cure for that.
2nd scenario:
If it was proven that reincarnation is true and experts at the field discovered that your child is really the reincarnation of a serial killer that got executed long ago and just like on the 1st example there is no cure for that.
Would you still love your child?

I would love my child no matter what,
If I knew he had a psychopathic brain, I would try my best to nurture him in a way to raise him a nice and a safe individual for other people.
I believe kindness can change the world and our worst inclinations can be defeated by love and care.
Even if they do not feel the love as we know it.
I also believe we all can choose who to become.
If they weren't trying to kill me, I would still love them. I would make sure they don't kill anybody if I knew in advance about their psycho brain haha
is this child named dexter? id support him of course, i love serial killers
and if it's a girl (dexter in female version)?
id try to support her but i dont think chicks would make good serial killers. As a poisoner perhaps, Thats more their speed, not that scary though really
