Is late 20s good to try for a baby?

My fiancé and I have talked about children. We definitely want one of our own and possibly adopting the second. We’re aiming for my late 20s 27-29 because we’re also aware of fertility declining more once I hit my 30s, especially 35. I’ll be 25, I have 10 years before I hit 35 but life moves fast but as of right now we’re still getting financially set, getting a place once we have money as well, and at nearly 25 I just am starting a career I finally like so yeah I need a couple more years before we’re ready to try for a baby lol but I’ve heard fertility peaks in a woman’s late 20s and I’m still gonna be young but not too young. My neighbor had her daughter at 28 and she’s very healthy and she recovered fast after birth. I don’t think late 20s are old either.

It will still be fine, but once you get married soon I think it would be best to have your first child already. Especially people who are waiting to achieve financial security are not actually threatened by poverty and a small mouth to feed will not make a significant difference, even if the Dow Industrial Index should shed a few points.

There is another important consideration: Your love is fresh now, and your relationship is vigorous. There is a good chance it will last until the child is an adult. Statistically, it is a lot less likely to last, say, 8 years of waiting plus the 18 years. I realize its a bit cynical as I'm sure you want to stay together forever. Still, it will be best to make sure the child shares the coming good years of your relationship which you should not take for granted.

Yes definitely, he has baby fever too and wants one way before I’m too old so we’re gonna work on it soon enough lol but it’s just like I said, financially stable, getting our place, and getting married but next year at the end of the year we’re hoping we’ll have our wedding by then if not beginning of 2025. We don’t wanna be that couple and everyone’s like”so when is it happening?”especially to our parents who want a grandchild lol

sigh. fertility doesn't decline when you instantly hit 35... you can have a baby until your last period/menopause at like mid 40's...

you could be 25 and have an issue with getting pregnant too. there is no set in stone age...

Yes late 20s is the ideal time for a woman to get pregnant

Their is no age limits for getting pregnant I read an article about a woman in her mid forties who got pregnant

Waiting around for financial stability is the bad move. Have your children early. Ate life you will have a child probably but you will be out of energy and it will be harder to rear him or her

Yeah no it’ll definitely be soon in the next 2-4 years before my 30s that’s our goal. We haven’t been together that long so our relationship will still be fresh and 28 is still full of energy compared to a 35 year old having a baby.

Good luck and get married at least instead of waiting around. Lots of people complain that they got duped waiting and waiting and then one of them in the relationship saying no.

I just have an autoimmune disease but I still get periods and ovulate just sometimes they’re a bit irregular but I’m on the pill again hoping it helps them till I’m ready to get pregnant.
